Michigan Mustangs Track and Field Team End of the Year Party !!!

We asked you to “Save the Date” this weekend for our end of the year celebration and it’s here!!!!
The Mustangs End of the Year Party — Hosted by Coach Jeffries and Family

When:
SUNDAY! AUGUST 24, 2014 ……………. Yes, this Sunday!!!!!!!
3PM – 7PM (Hot dogs & hamburgers will be served at 4:30pm)

Where:
At the Jeffries Residence 27727 Wellington, Farmington Hills, MI
(located in the Triangle of 13 Mile, Northwestern Hwy and Inkster Roads)

Athletes — wear your swimsuits under your clothes, as we will have a Water Slide, Bounce House and yard games for your enjoyment!!!!!!!!! And please, bring a Mustangs shirt for a Team photo op!!!!!!!!

Special Note:
Parents, please do not “drop off” your athletes, this is a FAMILY event…and we are requesting that at least, one parent be in attendance. (Thanks for honoring that request in Coach Jeffries home.)

The Mustangs will provide the Q-meat and we are asking you to contribute your “favorite” BBQ item to the party … it can be chips, condiments, a salad, a vegetable or a potato dish or even a dessert. Or, if you prefer, you can contribute a cash donation to help offset the cost of the Party.

Whatever you decide to bring, … Please RSVP to Coach Jeffries at 248-539-0575 by FRIDAY EVENING, AUGUST 22nd with the number in your family attending (kids/adults) AND your contribution to the menu. ALSO, very important, let her know of ANY food allergies. Coach Jeffries will pick up the meat on Sat morning, so she will need a number of people attending, as soon as possible.
